Judene Walden is the Executive Vice President of the Moguldom Women’s Division where she manages the direct sales team’s efforts for Moguldom Media and oversees the rollout and activation of M.U.S.E, an annual conference for MadameNoire readers.  Judene is also responsible for  developing and packaging the division’s female focused  brands and assets for advertisers, including  Bossip.com, MadameNoire.com, StyleBlazer.com, and all original and licensed content programming from Moguldom Studios, producer of She’s the Boss, Mommy-In-Chief, How I Made it, and soon to be released, “How to…” web series.  A veteran publishing executive whose track record includes more than 15 years of experience in print and digital media, live events and television including positions held at  Essence Magazine,  O, The Oprah Magazine, Urban Box Office Network, Ebony Magazine, Vibe/Spin Ventures and American Baby/Healthy Kids en Español.  Prior to her career in publishing, she worked as a junior desk officer at the International Trade Administration, Office of Mexico and at the Bank of New York Mellon in product development.  Born in Houston, TX and raised in Fairfax, VA, Ms. Walden is a graduate of Howard University with a B.B.A in International Business and a recipient of the Dean’s List scholarship award for the School of Business.  She is also a former fellow of the prestigious Walter Kaitz Foundation.  Ms. Walden is a member of Advertising Women of New York, Cosmetic Executive Women, and the Howard University Alumni Association, NY Chapter (HUAA).  She enjoys mentoring young adults about careers in advertising and currently resides in Brooklyn, NY where she is renovating brownstone built in 1899.
